After distributing tea and biscuits to around 300plus households in F cabin area with the help of #KalyanEastRSS volunteers, we distributed Roti-bhaji to Shanti nagar area in Ulhasnagar, based on a call from our #Heramb Student asking for help. We distributed around 25 packets in that area.
During our visit to her house, we found many more houses where help did not reach. We took another lot of 30 packets of Roti-bhaji to this new area and it finished off within no seconds. The roti-bhaji was entirely arranged by #RSS volunteers which we distributed.
During all this work, we had ordered Veg Pulav for Sai Nagar area in Kalyan east along side vithalwadi nallah where help had not reached and people were severely affected. With the help of Heramb XII student volunteers we prepared around 100 food packets and distributed the hot food over 2 times. The situation was very grim. We did our bit and hope to help those in need over next few days too.
Request for help is pouring in, how best it can be dealt with is a matter to be seen. God willing the situation crawls back to normalcy soon. #kalyanfightsback
Cannot thank contribution of donors and volunteers who played a vital role at each stage from few #XIIgirls calling people and identifying the needy ones to #XII boys who came to distribute food and also in between those who packed the food in our classes.
