➢ What are the different career options available after XII Boards?

Mumbai University has a bucketful of Courses post HSC Boards. Depending upon goals of individual students, we suggest different courses before HSC exam starts, after HSC exams are done and even after results are declared. ➢ What Courses are Offered at Heramb at First year level

For First year (Sem I and Sem II), we teach Bcom (Regular) and Bcom Accounting & Finance (BAF)

➢ When does admission for FYB.Com Start?

Admissions for FYBcom and FYBAF starts immediately after the results of HSC Boards are declared. Generally, it is in the first week of June

➢When does lecture for FYBcom start?

FYBcom lecture generally starts from 3rd week of June

➢ Is there any % criteria to secure admission?

No, there is no minimum % criteria for admission at Heramb. Admissions are given on First come First Serve Basis.

➢ What Subjects are taught at Heramb for FYBCom?

For FYBCom, we provide 2 options –

Option 1 - 3 subjects – Accounts, Maths & Stats and Economics

Option 2 – 5 subjects – Accounts, Maths & Stats, Economics, Business communication and Commerce paper 1

➢Is Maths Compulsory at FYBcom?

Yes, Maths is compulsory for all students of FYBcom.

➢ How many subjects are there in FYBCom?

There are 7 subjects in FYBcom – Financial Accounts, Maths & Stats, Economics, Business communication and Commerce paper 1, Environmental Studies and Foundation Course 1

➢ Is it necessary to bring Parents along while taking admission?

Yes, bringing along parents during enquiry for admissions will help them understand the entire process of Admission as well as other systems at place at Heramb. Also, it will build a good rapport between Parents and Vishusir (Founder of Heramb)

➢ How many batches of FYBCom are run at Heramb?

We have only 1 batch for FYBcom at heramb

➢What is the timing of batches for FYBcom at Heramb?

The timing of the batch is in the afternoon from 3pm to 5pm.

➢ How many students are accommodated in each batch?

Around 70 students are accommodated for FYBCom in our batch

➢ When will Exams be taken for FY students?

Exams will be conducted chapterwise for each of the subject offered by us at Heramb

➢ How are the exams conducted for FY students?

All exams are conducted online through a systematic process. Students are provided login and password to appear for the exam and once they write their answer papers, they have to upload the same within the scheduled time.

➢ Is Joining Coaching Classes Compulsory for FYBcom students

Yes, the student has entered into a new phase of life. From Boards to University. There is a change in pattern of exams conducted. It will be Semester pattern now. Also, Maths and Stats is an important subject because many students had opted for Secretarial Practice in XI & XII.

Education is a continuous process and proper coaching will help them become successful in life.
