No doubt, a Captain plays a key role in the team but every member of the team has lion’s share in the success of the organisation. The famous dialogue in the “The Jungle Book” – The Strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack – represents the truth of Team Heramb. Every member is our core strength and has greatly contributed for the success of the organisation.
The team includes mixture of experience and euphoria – Team boasts of teachers having teaching experience of over 20 years and euphoria of teachers who have completed graduation/post-graduation along with necessary formalities required for formal knowledge imparting.
Some of the famous personalities who form this Team include Samim Sir, Biju sir, Mani Sir, Santosh Sir, Dinesh Sir, Karthik Sir, Hairsh Sir, Harshal Sir, Riyaz sir, Akshay Sir. This helps us build a strong student- teacher relationship. The balance of this experienced teachers ensure that the euphoria of new teachers does not exceed the limits or the relationship of student-teacher is never crossed. Also the warmth of the support staff ensures smooth flow of information amongst the entire organsiation.
Behind the scene people also have played a pivotal role in the growth and development of the institute. If Teachers are actors managing the face of Heramb, the back office is the production team of this mega movie. We are lucky that our back office is equally efficient and contributes at par with teachers for the success of Heramb.
The entire admission process, fee collection, issuing notes, arranging tests, correction of the answer papers, parents meeting, keeping a check on attendance, coordinating with parents on regular basis, follow-up on various aspects are some of the key roles played by this Back office team. An able leader in Devdutt Bapat alongwith strong back up and friend of students – Mr. Akshay Kawade along with Ms. Payal Bhandhari forms a deadly combination. Also every support staff plays his/her role to perfection to run the show successfully.
