Admissions for XI Commerce starts in the first week of June every year after SSC results are declared.

The lectures for XI Commerce start around last week of June every year. This is much before the College starts to be able to make them comfortable in every subject and also set a proper rapport with teachers.

No, there is no minimum % criteria for admission at Heramb. Admissions are given on First come First Serve Basis.

At Heramb, we teach 6 subjects of Commerce – English, Hindi/Marathi/IT, SP/Maths, Economics, Book-Keeping & Accountancy, Organisation of Commerce.

The 7th Subject – Environmental Studies is a 50 mark Project based for which Coaching is not available.

No, at Heramb, we provide a consolidated package of all 7 subjects. You cannot choose specific choice subject.

The reason we provide a package system is because all subjects are equally important for overall growth of a student.

No, Maths is not compulsory. You can choose Maths against Secretarial Practice, if you like Mathematics as a subject or have intention to pursue CA as career further.

A student can choose between Marathi / Hindi /Information Technology or Foreign college, offered by the College.

There are 7 subjects in XI Commerce, of which 5 subjects are compulsory and student has to make a choice between alternatives in other 2 subjects.

No, Integrated schemes are illegal and Heramb does not support the same.

Yes, bringing along parents during enquiry for admissions will help them understand the entire process of Admission as well as other systems at place at Heramb. Also, it will build a good rapport between Parents and Vishusir (Founder of Heramb)

There are 4 batches for XI Commerce every year at Heramb P Batch, Q Batch, R Batch, S Batch These batches are formed based on the Choice of Optional Subject and/or College.

The timing of the batches is:

• PBatch-7amto9am
• QBatch–8amto10am
• R Batch – 9am to 11am
• SBatch–7pmto9pm

Each batch accommodates 60 students on an average

Exams are taken after completion of each chapter in each subject.

Exams will be conducted on Online as well as Offline basis

Yes, XI is the Foundation of HSC Boards.

The subjects at XI and XII levels are same. The Foundations set in XI helps students to get proper knowledge and score better marks at HSC Board exams.

Since all subjects at XI are new, it is always beneficial to get proper coaching for the same.

Students of Vernacular medium have to adapt to English medium, a good teacher makes this process easier for them.

Yes, we generally provide Text books for students of XI Commerce because it is helpful for students to understand and also teachers at college refer the same.
